"Victories in creating a suppression-free,
OT 1 environment
Taking every Scientologist rapidly to OT is a crusade that takes
place every day, inside our orgs and out. Spotlighted at the annual lAS Patron
Ball,2 were our mounting victories
in getting every Scientologist to OT in a suppression-free environment.
Presentations by LRH Personal Public Relations Officer International,
Ms. Karen Hollander, and Mr. Mike Rinder, the Commanding Officer of the Office
of Special Affairs International,3
told of the scope of IAS activity — much of it assisted by OT Ambassadors4
— in handling environmental suppression and achieving the Aims of Scientology.5
These were massive handlings, such as the expansion of Criminon
and Narconon.6 programs in the most
crime- and drug-ridden hellholes on Earth — from bloody South African urban
streets to Baja California prisons once known as breeding grounds for escalating
drug addiction and drug-related mayhem. And sweeping IAS-sponsored actions to
create the largest drug rehabilitation facility in the world, Narconon Arrowhead
New Life Center in Oklahoma. Ms. Hollander after detailing the explosion of demand
for Narconon services in just the past year, gave OT Ambassadors a visual tour
through the magnificent 140,000 sq. ft. Arrowhead Center, which will soon open
its doors to thousands of people.
Mr. Rinder followed with victory after human rights victory forged
by IAS-sponsored actions on all continents. And to present the death blow to the
suppressive influence behind all suppressives on
this planet — the psychs — he announced the newly-opened headquarters
of Citizens Commission on Human Rights international. He led OT Ambassadors through
a visual tour of this heart, mind and nerve center of CCHR activity showing just
how it will accelerate the eradication of fourth dynamic suppression and, ultimately,
pave the way for a new, OT civilization.

THE WORLD in grand-finale fashion

1 OT: "Operating
Thetan," the "state" that Scientology claims its "processing"
creates, viewed as being an incredible degree, amount or power above the "state
of Clear." Scientology says that OTs are "cause over matter, energy,
space and time." Hubbard claimed in the very early days of Scientology that
his "mental technology" transformed human beings into gods. These "gods"
that all the exact application of the tech produced over fifty years are what

Special Affairs International is a key part of Scientology's infamous and global
intelligence apparatus. OSA is located corporately in the Church of Scientology
International (CSI). In reality, Scientology's Religious Technology Center
(RTC), cult leader David Miscavige's personal organization, operates OSA, as well
as carrying out its own intelligence actions.
Time Magazine wrote this about Scientology's intelligence apparatus in Time's
1991cover story, "Scientology
The Thriving Cult of Greed and Power:" "In my opinion the church
has one of the most effective intelligence operations in the U.S., rivaling even
that of the FBI," says Ted Gunderson, a former head of the FBI's Los Angeles
office." Scientology has only expanded its intelligence network and operations
since then.
