We whom the cult considers “SPs” and are its pathologically feared and hated targets have a right to know, possess and disseminate everything Scientology publishes about “SPs,” because all of it is hate literature that puts all of us at risk. If we care about our fellow human beings, we have a duty to expose and make Scientology’s hate literature widely available, and even to call upon our fellows to rise up to stop this evil Suppressive Person Doctrine and its practitioners.

The Suppressive Person Doctrine, and particularly its proactive facet and inevitable result of “fair game,” has been discussed and criticized for decades. “Fair game” is a policy and practice of the cult that calls for antisocial and criminal actions to be taken against people labeled “SPs,” or enemies. Fair game, in fact, even calls for capital crimes against “enemies” — their “destruction,” or ” obliteration.” The “enemies” that Hubbard and Scientology intended to be fair gamed are almost universally good, decent, societally contributive, loving people. But no person targeted as an “SP” or “enemy,” no matter how bad, deserves to be destroyed by this evil cult executing this evil doctrine.

As SPD 28 shows, Scientology prohibits its members from maintaining a line with, offering support to, or in any way granting credance (sic) to any “SP.” This prohibition, which the cult calls “unequivocal Church Policy,” is enough reason to reject the cultists who are ” offering support” at disaster sites, “offering support” in education, “offering support” in prison rehabilitation, “offering support” in drug treatment, or in any other public group or arena. The denial of support or credence to an “SP,” who found himself or herself a disaster victim, or included in a prison or drug program, is extremely cruel and is in fact an act of fair game. But, as SPD 28 also shows, the Scientologists must fair game the SP, at a minimum, with psychological torture, lest the cultists themselves be declared ” Suppressive” and fair gamed.

We believe that the good people who comprise the class called “Suppressive Persons,” or are the Scientologists’ “enemies” or potential “enemies” have an absolute right to know the information contained in this document, and that such knowledge cannot be denied them by Scientology’s application of commercial copyright law.

We believe that the safety and security of the general public necessitate this document’s exposure and broad dissemination.

We believe that anyone considering becoming involved with the Scientology cult as a customer, employee or agent has a right to know that he or she is becoming involved with a hate group, and a criminally intentioned organization, which promulgates and executes this type of directive that orders hatred of good people and results in crimes against them.

We believe that such a person should think very seriously about the consequences of any involvement with this cult. That involvement will inevitably result in his or her commission of antisocial acts against good people as the result of the application of this directive and the Suppressive Person Doctrine. Involvement, and the necessary application of the Suppressive Person Doctrine, may very well also result in the commission of crimes against good people. And involvement may very well result in the person himself or herself becoming the victim of Scientology’s antisocial actions and crimes.

We believe that all Scientologists have a right to know that they are being lied to by their cult’s leaders, and that these leaders and their organization are not honest, decent and ethical at all, but dishonest and violent in their policies and practices.

We believe too that this document must be made universally available so that government and law enforcement officials know what Scientology’s real intentions are, and can act to remove support for this cult, to stop the Suppressive Person Doctrine and its fair game offspring, and to protect good citizens from this dangerous and potentially deadly evil.

“Natter,” as the term is used in Scientology, means telling the critical truth about Hubbard, Scientology Scientologist leaders such as Miscavige or Rathbun, and their victims, the Suppressive Person class. SPs are almost synonymous with natterers, because SPs are people who tell the truth about Hubbard, Scientology, Scientologists such as Miscavige or Rathbun, but will not stop telling the truth and will not be reconverted by the Scientologists applying the “tech” to them. That’s what it means when Hubbard says in Scientology scripture and Scientologists say that SPs don’t make case gain. These are the people – who tell the truth and won’t stop despite the tech  – that Scientology scripture states are to be disposed of quietly and without sorrow.

The withholds these Scientologists seek from the natterers, interrogate them about, and want them to confess to, are the “overts” the natterers have against Hubbard, Scientology or Scientologist leaders. These “overts” include, very significantly, the truth the natterers have told about Hubbard, Scientology, Scientologist leaders, and their SP victims.

A C/S, auditor or sec checker would never ask people for the truth about Hubbard, Scientology or Scientologists leaders. And if a C/S, auditor or sec checker did so, he would be immediately be targeted, and interrogated or sec checked about his own “overts” against Hubbard, Scientology or Scientologist leaders.

The truth is that in Scientology it is virtually impossible for Scientologists to tell the truth about what is really important in their lives – Hubbard, Scientology, Miscavige and SPs if the Scientologists are in DM’s faction; or Hubbard, Scientology, Rathbun and SPs if they’re in Marty’s faction. This can be seen clearly in Marty’s faction by his visible dramatization of prohibiting the truth on his blog, and his labeling of the forums where the truth can be told about Hubbard, Scientology and himself as “natter boards.” Rathbun performed this same function of suppressing the truth, and punishing natterers or SPs who told the truth, while in the Sea Org.

Although Rathbun and Miscavige call each other SPs, neither can possibly be an SP because neither tells the truth about Hubbard, Scientology, themselves and SPs. Both Rathbun and Miscavige interrogate people or have them interrogated or sec checked and use Scientology tech to introvert them, redirect their attention from the critical truth, cave them in, reconvert them and render them uncritical and compliant.

Thus, this HCOB, which Hubbard undoubtedly wrote to cloak the fact that he had just been exposed as a pathological liar, is one hundred eighty degrees diametrically opposed to the truth. “Case gain” depends entirely on the Scientologists’ lying, about Hubbard, Scientology, Scientologists and SPs. OT VII’s and VIII’s, who have progressed to the top of Scientology’s grade chart, got there by consistently never telling the truth about these things.

Hubbard, source of the grade chart, and as OT as OTs come, was perhaps the most dishonest person to have ever walked on planet earth. Does anyone know any other person who told more lies than Hubbard? Can any Scientologist identify any other person who told more lies than Hubbard?

Scientologists, I know, are for the most party able to view the truth about Hubbard, Scientology, their leaders, fellow Scientologists and SPs. But the Scientologists must lie about the truth they view, in order to make case gain, and, of course, to avoid the pain and horror of reconversion or being declared SP.

Whether you know it or not, this is The Time of War. Black man and woman of America, study the Book of Joel, Chapter 3, because this scripture is really about you, the real “Children of Israel.” It is what has been done to us—that you are willing to forgive, and even to forget after you know—which is bringing on The War of Armageddon.

Soon, and very soon, even our blood will be running in the streets. You will call for the end of a world like this.

The ‘lawful captives,’ prey of a wicked oppressor

“Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, and shall the lawful captive be delivered?” (Isaiah 49: 24) What is a “prey”? It is an animal that is hunted and killed by another for food; a “prey” is also a person that is easily injured or taken advantage of.

The Black man and woman of America are the prey in the hands of our wicked oppressors, and now we have become “lawful captives.” You, Black man and woman of America: You are the “prey” in the hands of your wicked enemies. You thought that the 13th Amendment ended “slavery,” but the wording was so deceitful: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

Anything you do today, they love to call it a “felony”; then they can enslave you lawfully, because you are a criminal. Isn’t that something? Then, in the so-called Reconstruction Era, they quickly set up the Jim Crow laws, making nearly everything we do, or think of doing, a “crime.” They fill the jails and the prisons with us, and then lease us back out to private industry to build the roads, the bridges, the canals, the railroads: Back in slavery again!

The 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States made us “lawful captives,” for it states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” They declared us to be “citizens” without the rights of a citizen. And whether you want to believe it or not, you’re still in that ugly position today. They call us “citizens” mockingly. But if you had the rights of citizens, there would be peace in The Valley.

Foolish men and women, who think that because you have money that you’re “free,” who think that because you can put “bling-bling” around your silly neck, diamonds on your wrist, that you’re “free”! You think because you can throw a ball in a hoop, and play great football, that you’re free! You’re just a lawful captive.

Remember The Words of Elijah Muhammad

Wake up Black man and woman, your time of deliverance has come! This people who refuse to give us justice, or let us go and give us a proper sendoff; who, after we built the country, after our hands picked the cotton that made the South rich and fueled the Industrial Revolution in the North, and we fought in all their wars: Who are these people to treat a people like this? It is shameful.

Nevertheless, Allah (God) is fighting now to deliver us in the exact manner that He said He would through the mouth of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Remember his words from the book The Fall of America; that God is going to use the Four Great Judgments of rain, hail, snow and earthquakes: “The Four great judgments that Almighty Allah (God) is bringing upon America are rain, hail, snow and earthquakes… The forces of nature are great weapons as we see them in play upon America… What can you do with a God like that?” This is taking place not only in America, but throughout the world!

In the beginning of this year we have witnessed some of the severest snow in recorded history, and the news called it “Snowmageddon”—a take-off on “Armageddon.” Elijah Muhammad also wrote: “Snow is of the most dreaded plague…it destroys your highways, your cities; your concrete and gravel in towns and cities. It puts a great burden of expense on the cities.” Chicago is already broke, but this winter has sunk the treasuries. Too much snow, you can’t fly your planes! Too much snow, your tractors can’t move; your tanks can’t move! The Bible teaches that God treasured up snow in the North to use it “The Great Day of Battle,” and here comes the snow!

In 2010, more people were killed worldwide by natural disasters than were killed in terrorist attacks in the past 40 years combined! An Associated Press article stated that 2010 was “the year the Earth struck back.” Those of you who read the Holy Qur’an: Read it again. But don’t read it “just to read,” read it because it is a Book that describes what goes on right up to The Day of Judgment. The Qur’an speaks of calamity after calamity, until the enemy is laid low, so now the oceans are rising; and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said he would build nothing on the East coast or the West coast, even in the South because soon the waters will over-flood. Yes, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said the people would be pushed more toward the center of the country.

Last Saviours’ Day, February 28, 2010, at the end of my message to the Believers and the world, I warned the world to “watch the weather” as a sign that Allah would back my words from Him and my father, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. And according to the weather experts, 2010 was considered one of the worst years for severe weather in recorded history.

And the way this year has begun, you have seen nothing yet.

The Reactive Minds of Sociopaths

Nearly a century after the “Slavery Problem” was put on Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President called into his office a delegation of five Washington preachers who were former slaves. And Lincoln said, quote: “…You and we are different races. We have between us a broader difference than exists between almost any other two races. …Your race suffer very greatly, many of them by living amongst us, while our race suffers from your presence. …If this is admitted, it affords a reason at least why we should be separated.” This delegation listened intently to the White Separatist President, but they chose to remain in America to try to achieve the promise they saw in the Emancipation Proclamation.

Even after the horrors of slavery, the great leaders of our people challenged the president and those who advocated our separation as to why we should be expected to leave! Because they knew just how much sweat, blood and tears Black people had expended to make America the leader among the nations of the world. Frederick Douglass, a great champion of our right to remain in America, said: “For 228 years has the colored man toiled over the soil of America, under a burning sun and a driver’s lash—plowing, planting, reaping, that white men might roll in ease, their hands unhardened by labor, and their brows unmoistened by the waters of genial toil; and now that the moral sense of mankind is beginning to revolt at this system of foul treachery and cruel wrong, and is demanding its overthrow, the mean and cowardly oppressor is meditating plans to expel the colored man entirely from the country. Shame upon the guilty wretches that dare propose, and all that countenance such a proposition. We live here—have lived here—have a right to live here, and mean to live here.”

That speech is the sentiment of most; and it is not a “wrong” sentiment, because you are justified by knowing what we gave to America to want to be here! But I ask you this: What do you know about prophecy? Why do you think even to go to a toilet with them, you had to die? Why do you think that after giving them all that you have you’re still suffering in the streets of America?

It is because you don’t know The Time; and therefore, you don’t know what should be done. And in truth, you really don’t know your oppressor.

Have you ever noticed why none of our organizations really reach what they’re supposed to reach? They start, they build up, they empty out; and if you’re still lucky, they come back again—but then they empty out again? Well, what’s wrong with us? What’s wrong in the church that we’re talking about “demons” outside, and the demons that are wrecking the church, the hypocrites wrecking the mosque, are on the inside? It’s a sickness that’s in us. If you ask yourself, in all the years that we’ve been around looking at the suffering of our people, what is it about us that we can’t seem to get together and agree on anything and move forward? And if we do agree on something, and someone gets a “big name” out of the something we agree on, envy comes up, and we break the organization? Well let’s go to the root of it, because the sickness is not somewhere else! It’s right in our minds.

In Scientology, they talk about the type of people who are called “Sociopaths.” The Scientologists believe that a “Sociopath” is a person who has a Suppressive Personality; and once you’ve come under that type of person, you become a Potential Trouble Source. Scientologists also talk of the “Reactive Mind,” and what is considered as “enemies” within the Reactive Mind, called “engrams” (demons). And it is from the Reactive Mind of The Enemy who imposes upon us their Sociopathic Tendencies that now we are Potential Trouble Sources for ourselves and others.

In my study of “Sociopaths,” I learned that these are persons manifesting anti-social behavior or character traits. I said to some of those in Scientology that were sharing their knowledge with me: “You know, we have been living under White people for at least 4,000 years since they emerged from the hillsides and caves of Europe. I am looking at the Caucasian personality as that of a ‘sociopath.’” According to the Scientologists, a “sociopath” is a “dangerous person” to organization. And when you find these people you have to expel them from any organization, because a sociopath is not governed by laws that keep order in a society, nor can they be trusted among groups of people who share one common cause. For if such a person gets into leadership, that person will only be a Suppressive Personality: A cruel, exploitative, brutal personality.

I say, dear Caucasian people, that if you were, by nature, “social beings,” you would have manifested the qualities that produce harmony in societal relationships. But you have manifested a personality disorder that is against the laws of a genuine society.

The Caucasian may have developed some semblance of a society for their people, but what they’ve developed for the benefit of their people never applied to us. Master Fard Muhammad said to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad: “Cast the rotten apple out quick!”—He didn’t say try to coddle somebody that’s rotten! If you leave a rotten person in your society, after a while the whole bunch will become rotten! The whole church will become rotten, the mosque will become rotten, the organization will become rotten because you saw a rotten apple, but you didn’t have the courage to cast it out! This is why Master Fard Muhammad asked the question: “Why isn’t the Devil settled on the Best Part of the Planet Earth?” Answer: “Because knowing that he was wicked, and there would not be any peace among them, [we] put him out!” And that is why today, Caucasian people, you will be put out from all over the Earth if you don’t make a change.

But so will you, Black people, because no one is interested in you with this savage behavior that we display! We are Trouble Sources! Wherever we are, we make trouble; if no trouble is there, we’ll create it! We have become “little devils,” and we are now prone to wickedness under the Reactive Mind of our Sociopathic slave master.

A “sociopath” is a sick dude! There’s nothing you can do to correct them; they refuse to even admit that they are wrong! And even when I face some members of the Jewish community, and some Whites, with clear truth, they stand in my face knowing that I’m telling the truth, and deny. That is why Jesus said: “I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.” (John 8:37). These people take their wrong, and put it on me.

They are the haters, not I. They are the real anti-Semites, not I. They are the demons, not I. They are the Satan, not I. I am here to uncover and expose Satan and become an Instrument of God to end their world!

Warning to America: Stay out of Libya

There is trouble that is going on in Libya and in the Middle East. I don’t know what’s going on in Libya because I haven’t been there in a while, but Brother Muammar Gadhafi has always been my friend. People tell me that I should distance myself from my brother, but understand: I am not a punktified Negro.

The last time I sat with my brother, Colonel Muammar Gadhafi, I told him, “Brother Gadhafi, America will never forgive you for what you’ve done. And they’ll come among you only to destroy you and the Revolution that you’ve brought into being.” He patted me on my leg as if to say, “I know, Brother.” He didn’t say a word, he just patted my leg. He didn’t have a problem until he let them in. I was in Iraq three days before the bombs fell in 1991, and there were Muslim Sunni mosques, Shia mosques; there were Christian churches and Jewish temples and synagogues, and even under Saddam Hussein there was peace among them. But when America went in under the guise that he had “weapons of mass destruction,” did they find any? No! So what was “Operation Shock and Awe” about?

You want to bring Gadhafi before the International Criminal Court? What about George Bush? What about Donald Rumsfeld? What about a government that lied to the American people, and caused the lives of hundreds of thousands to be lost? They need to put America out of Iraq, out of Afghanistan, because the trouble didn’t begin until the Trouble Maker came in.

President Obama, if you allow the Zionists to push you to mount a military offensive against Gadhafi, and you go in and kill him and kill his sons, as the United States government did with Saddam Hussein and his sons, I am warning you: This is a Libyan problem.

Let the Libyans solve their problem among themselves.

‘Sedition’ and ‘Treason’: False Charges against God’s Servant

What is “Sedition”? It is “actions or words intended to incite rebellion against government authority.” I can’t tell Black people to fight a war that is Israel’s war! What kind of leader will you be, or should I be, to allow these babies—Black, White and Brown—to fight Israel’s war because Zionists dominate the government of the United States of America, and her banking system?

What is “Treason”? It is “the crime of betraying one’s country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign, or, overthrow the government.” I’m not guilty of that! But some are planning that right now.

These are my words for our brother president, Barack Obama: In 1942, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad was sent to prison because President Franklin Delano Roosevelt issued an Executive Order to take him off the streets when America was prosecuting a war, and America needed some Black bodies to go and fight a war even though there was no benefit for us in fighting such a war. And now, the Zionists are pushing President Obama to go to war with Iran over some suspected nuclear power that the Israelis have that Iran does not have!

When Carol Moseley Braun was a U.S. Senator, she came and had dinner with me one day. We were talking about things, and I remember how these words rolled out of her mouth: “But you know, Minister, they can arrest you for treason.” I said, “Oh well…”

Do you think that I should stand by quiet if Israel attacks Iran? America is going to come into it, so that means they’re calling us, aged 35-50! The United States government will tell us, “We’ve got trouble over there….your country needs you!” Now you need us? But when we needed a job, we didn’t see one! We need justice, we don’t have any! You’re killing our people in the streets, what about that? You’re taxing the hell out of us; we’re losing our homes because you tricked us! Where’s any relief for us? “Well, don’t worry … just fight this war. And when it’s over, things are gonna get better for you!”

Do you think that they’re afraid of my voice? Yes they are! I don’t have any guns. What I have is something in my mouth that’s more powerful than guns! While most of you with “guns” can’t shoot straight anyway, with The Truth that I speak, I don’t miss a soul! Allah’s Truth finds you wherever you are! If America goes to war, President Obama, like President Roosevelt, may be forced to sign an Executive Order that he’s not fully in agreement with, to take Farrakhan off the streets; and charge him with “sedition” and “treason.”

I told my followers that when they come that I don’t want you fighting them, because they’re only coming to kill you. But I’ve been expecting them.

I know what I have to go through. And I am going to be The Winner—that I know!

TURIN, Italy, May 20 (UPI) — Italian police who raided a Scientology chapter said they found what appeared to be extensive files on law-enforcement officials and former members.

The documents were in a locked room of the Scientology chapter in Turin and were said to contain information on the subjects’ health, politics and sexual habits, the ANSA news agency said Thursday.¹

Scientologists are indoctrinated to proclaim that Scientology possesses the only mental or spiritual system that “works,” or has ever “worked,” and in fact produces “total freedom.” Scientologists universally are dedicated to “keeping Scientology working,” and they spend immense amounts of time and enormous sums of money to keep it working. The work Scientology claims it is performing is the “processing” of people, with its trademarked technology, from the state of “raw meat,” or wog or human being, to the most astonishingly superior and stable state called “Clear.” More processing, Scientology says, takes Clears to superperson states and “never before imagined” beings called “Operating Thetans,” or “OTs.”

A Clear, Scientology says, has achieved optimum rationality and optimum sanity, and is as far above normal wogs as normal wogs are above “institutionalized cases.” Scientology scripture promises that a Clear’s IQ has shot up like a skyrocket, about a point per hour of processing; he recalls everything that ever happened to him and anything he ever studied; and he does mental computations, as in chess, which a wog chess player would do in half an hour, in ten or fifteen seconds. Scientology says that the Clear is a created evolutionary step in man, without ills or aberrations. OTs, Scientology claims, are “at cause over matter, energy, space, time, form and life” and can operate outside their bodies. By the time I left the organization, I had reached Clear and OT Level 3, and had undergone over a thousand hours of processing to get there.

Scientology calls its system of manifold grades and levels for processing people from wog to OT the “Bridge to Total Freedom,” and all Scientologists are somewhere on that bridge. Scientology scripture, which is unalterable on this point, states that the whole agonized future of this planet, every man, woman and child on it, and the Scientologists’ own destiny for the next endless trillions of years, depend on what each Scientologist does here and now on the Bridge. The Suppressive Person doctrine declares that the only thing stopping everyone from moving up the Bridge and becoming more able, aware, ethical and intelligent, the only thing preventing total freedom, indeed the only thing wrong with this universe, is SPs.

Originating in racial dogma within Scientology’s religious scriptures, SPs form, from the Scientologists’ perspective, a religio-racial class roughly equivalent to Jews from the Nazis’ perspective. Just as the Nazis could theoretically join and leave Nazism, Scientologists can theoretically join and leave Scientology. Just as the Jews, from the Nazi perspective, however, could not stop being Jews, SPs, Scientology teaches, cannot stop being SPs. According to Scientology dogma, which Scientologists also accept as “science,” Suppressive Persons possess a genetic pathology plus a mental and psycho-spiritual handicap and morbidity that prevents them from ever being anything but SPs. The Nazis’ dogma and science concluded that the Jews were handicapped with their own set of irremediable genetics and psycho-religious malignancies that kept them from being anything other than Jews.

Scientology’s SP doctrine states that SPs are the truly destructive, truly psychotic and truly criminal of the world’s wogs, the cause of illness, at the root of every bad condition, and deserving no civil rights. According to the doctrine, the majority of people in mental institutions are not insane at all, but were put there by SPs, who are the truly insane. Wog psychiatrists and psychologists are seen as a subclass of SPs, and psychiatry and psychology are considered “Suppressive Groups,” which Scientology seeks to “obliterate.” The SP doctrine identifies archetypal SPs like Hitler, Stalin and Osama bin Laden, but also says that SPs are very average, common too, just like me, and undetected.

The “stellar examples” Scientology uses to personify Suppressive Persons are very likely what wog mental science now calls antisocial personalities or sociopaths. Hubbard in fact also used the term “antisocial personality” for Scientology’s enemies, but inside the organization the settled and universal label is “SP,” or formally “Suppressive Person.” Many of the characteristics Hubbard imputes to SPs resemble the traits that psychology and psychiatry say sociopaths possess. The majority of the people Scientology calls SPs, and treats or attacks as irredeemable criminals, however, do not exhibit these characteristics, are not sociopaths, and do not manifest antisocial personality disorders.

The people Scientology and Scientologists identify and target as Suppressive Persons are largely good, social, non-sociopathic people who have simply stood up to the organization and spoken out about its fraud, its persecution of good people, its SP doctrine, or its numerous other antisocial policies and practices. The more knowledge a person has of these things, the more he communicates that knowledge, and the more rationally and accurately he communicates it, the bigger SP he is in the view of Scientology’s leaders. The bigger an SP these leaders consider a person to be, the greater the persecution that is to be inflicted on him, and the more of the organization’s personnel and resources that are directed to that target or front in Scientology’s global war. The form and amplitude of the persecution are further modulated by Scientology’s and Scientologists’ opportunities and means, and the need to be seen as winning.

Scientology does nothing really to wage war on the world’s actual or arguably truly dangerous sociopaths. Organization leaders, in fact, recruit and form alliances with certain sociopaths, and enforce within Scientology a self-perpetuating group sociopathy. Hubbard was a sociopath, who used his God-given will and mental power to make himself even more sociopathic. He saw his own sociopathy, as perhaps every sociopath does, not as a disorder, but as an ideal condition and way of life that made everyone else, and their conditions and ways of life, inferior. He conned countless people into admiring him, slaving for him, committing crimes for him, and paying him huge sums of money to obtain the fabulous qualities and abilities he claimed he possessed and had the “tech” to impart to others. The individuals that Scientology uses its inordinate wealth and power to attack are simply ordinary people who might recognize that Hubbard’s mental states are not ideal or even superior, or observe that other claims are false, and who speak out critically about him or his organization’s system and actions despite the inevitable persecution.

Hubbard devised, built and operated a global bait-and-switch psychotherapy scam, promising amazing results and money-back guaranteed satisfaction for its mental processing “technology.” Since Hubbard’s death in 1986, David Miscavige has operated the Scientology scam. The organization claims cures of many distressing or pernicious physical and psychological afflictions, and promises “gains” of superhuman abilities, powers, awareness, memory and intelligence. Scientology extracts exorbitant fees from its customers on these promises and fails to deliver what is promised. Even worse, it also extorts money, labor and immoral or criminal activity from its customers or members with threats of doom or of being declared SPs. The organization abuses its own people, breaks up families, induces dissociation and other deleterious psychological conditions, incites fear and hatred, and damages many of its members’ physical health. Consequently, a great number of the people who have knowledge of Scientology’s destructive, antisocial policies and actions to speak out about are already its victims.

When the victims who have realized they have been victimized do speak out, Scientology leaders victimize them again, declaring them SPs and targeting them for special persecutory treatment and handling by the organization units and outside professionals established or hired for that purpose. Scientology scripture and its enforcement by organization leaders prohibit Scientologists not specifically assigned to those units as staff members or agents from having any contact with declared SPs. This is a common Scientology practice known as “Disconnection” that over the last forty years has devastated countless families, relationships and lives. Scientology scripture states that if Scientologists even so much as “grant credence” to an SP, they can themselves be declared Suppressive Persons.

Scientology scripture permits only one response to the persons who speak out about organization abuses or criminality — Attack! The outward-facing” Scientologists, or agents authorized to respond, do not address or deal with Scientology’s evils that are causing harm and being criticized, but only treat or handle the critics. Permissible treatment or handling does not include reason or empathy but only attack, since these persons are SPs. Because Scientologists not assigned to deal with Scientology’s SP critics may themselves be declared Suppressive Persons if they do deal with or grant credence to such people, almost all Scientologists are shuddered into not even listening to, or reading, what SPs communicate. It is axiomatic inside Scientology that the only wogs organization leaders attack, and employ organization personnel, agents and resources to attack, are SPs.

The philosophy Hubbard adopted to govern and justify the treatment or handling of SPs is technically and commonly called “Fair Game,” meaning that the “enemy” in that condition or status is legitimately open to attack or pursuit. Scientology’s position is that the Suppressive Person doctrine, being from Hubbard and being religious scripture, makes attack and pursuit of SPs wholly legitimate, and protected, indeed mandated, religious expression. Fair Game is the basic philosophy of war, the condition in which attacking or pursuing the designated enemy is legitimated, and failure to attack or pursue may be illegitimate or even punished. Fair Game in Scientology has also come to mean the battle tactics the organization employs against SPs, and the actions its personnel and agents have taken in their treatment or handling of SPs over the decades since Hubbard first ordered his troops to adopt and apply the Fair Game philosophy.

In his scriptures during a period in the 1960′s, Hubbard even called the treatment or handling he intended for SPs “Fair Game;” although he later ordered that the use of the term “Fair Game” be discontinued because “it causes bad public relations.” In one of his directives, which has come to be known as the “Fair Game Policy,” Hubbard stated:

ENEMY – SP Order. Fair game. May be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed.

Scientology has for decades claimed that Fair Game, as a philosophy, policy and practice, was cancelled, but this assertion is patently false since all that Hubbard cancelled in scripture and in application was use of the term.

Although it has unquestionably caused Hubbard and his organization bad PR, and has repeatedly been exposed in the international media and condemned in court judgments, Fair Game continues to be the only treatment or handling Scientologists are permitted to administer on SPs. The tactics and actions that comprise Fair Game in the organization’s long war of total attrition vary according to target, opportunity, availability of resources, fear of exposure or legal repercussions, the sociopathy and whims of the organization’s head, and other factors. Scientology’s state of war against SPs, however, and the Fair Game philosophy and decision necessary to wage that war, have remained constant and unchanged into present time.

Scientologists’ or their agents’ Fair Game against me in execution of the Suppressive Person doctrine include: physically assaulting me on six occasions; breaking into my car; stealing my property, including photographs, documents, a manuscript and original artwork; spying on me and my spouse; scaring our neighbors; menacing our families; threatening to assassinate me; terrorizing my companions and me on highways in California and Germany; paying a corrupt Los Angeles Police Department officer for fake authorizations to eavesdrop on me, my attorney and my associates and to tap our telephones; Fair Gaming and compromising my attorney; covertly and unlawfully videotaping me; attempting numerous times to have me prosecuted on false criminal charges based on fabricated evidence, including with the Los Angeles District Attorney, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Prosecutor of Ekaterinburg, Russia; suing me six times; forcing me into bankruptcy; driving me from my home; obtaining unconscionable jail sentences against me and warrants for my arrest in California; forging hundreds of Internet postings over my name, including nonsense and racist messages; running endless intelligence operations against me and my family; and carrying out a global “Black Propaganda” campaign against me that extends to U.S. Federal Government departments, Members of Congress, U.S. diplomatic missions and staff, U.S. state and local government officials, foreign government officials, judges, law enforcement agencies and officers internationally, clergy internationally, media internationally, and the broad international wog and Scientologist populations.

Black Propaganda or Black PR is Scientology’s policy and practice of willful and relentless rumormongering, slander and libel, often from hidden sources. Since Hubbard’s death in 1986, David Miscavige is responsible for organization Fair Game and is the biggest hidden but actual source of the Black PR on Scientology’s enemies. The goal of Black PR, which is a basic and pervasive component of Scientology’s war, is destruction of the SP targets’ reputation and consequently elimination of public trust in their knowledge of Scientology abuses and crimes. Even if not always successful in achieving this goal, the organization’s Black PR consciously hurts its targets and collaterally threatens every potential opponent or critic. The sadism Scientology flaunts in its Black PR publications and operations has been very effective in deterring many people from standing up and disclosing their knowledge of its policies and activities.

In 1969, founder Hubbard ordered that Scientologists were to use “standard wartime propaganda” to “degrade the image” of the organization’s SP enemies “to beast level,” and to inflame public opinion into “a frenzy of hate” against them. Miscavige has the same function as Hubbard in his organization’s Fair Game campaigns: making others incite hatred, making others degrade good people to beast level, and making others do all the antisocial and criminal things that sociopaths and their hired professionals can spend a religion’s money conspiring to make others do. Like Hubbard, Miscavige runs Scientology as a dictatorship, maintained by his will and managed from his positions as commander of the military-structured but unincorporated Sea Organization and as director of a global network of incorporated “churches” and other entities.

At this time, Miscavige is titularly the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a corporation called Religious Technology Center, Inc., which claims to own Scientology’s trademarks and service marks. RTC describes itself as “an external body which protects the Scientology religion and acts as the final arbiter of orthodoxy” by “monitoring and enforcing the purity of technical application.” What Miscavige and RTC “protect” the religion from are its victims, the Suppressive Person class, and from the SPs’ knowledge of Scientology’s abuses and criminality. In the organization’s relations with the SPs, what Miscavige and RTC monitor and keep orthodox and pure in its technical application is Fair Game, and its many channels or components – Black Propaganda, legal harassment, financial ruin, disconnection, psychic and physical violence, and obliteration. Anything that appears to threaten or even counter Scientology’s, or Miscavige’s, intentions is a “matter of RTC concern” that can activate the organization’s networks and Fair Game machinery.

Because of the antisocial and criminal nature of Scientology’s Fair Game relationship with the identified SP class, which class organization leaders and their agents with their Suppressive Person doctrine have created, these leaders and agents fear public opprobrium and legal prosecution. Scientology therefore hides or cloaks many of its hostile intentions and Fair Game activities, and at its core, but webbing out through virtually every Scientologist, the organization functions as a global intelligence agency. The flow of orders and control is from Miscavige in Los Angeles downward and outward to anywhere in the world, and the flow of information and compliance with orders is upward and inward to Miscavige from around the world. Scientology leaders crave other people’s secrets, the private, personal or sensitive information of both Scientologists and wogs, and of wog governments and institutions. Scientology uses its own personnel and hired professionals as covert agents and moles to get the desired information, often by illegal or immoral means. Miscavige and his cadre operate largely in secret, with high security, codes and clandestine communication lines, files and operations.

In 1977, the FBI conducted a massive raid of Scientology intelligence offices in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. and seized evidence of operations to burglarize, penetrate or compromise over a hundred federal and state agencies and media and to terrorize a multitude of private citizens. The U.S. Department of Justice charged eleven Scientology intelligence personnel, including Mary Sue Hubbard, with various crimes against the U.S., convicted them and sentenced them to federal prison. In 1983, the Ontario Provincial Police raided Scientology offices in Toronto and seized evidence that led to convictions of a number of individuals as well as the organization itself for breach of trust stemming from espionage activities against several federal and provincial agencies or organizations including the Canadian Mental Health Association, the Ministry of the Attorney General, the OPP, the Toronto Police and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Law enforcement agencies have raided several Scientology offices in European countries, and the organization and its agents have been successfully prosecuted on a variety of charges. Germany views Scientology as a totalitarian cult whose activities are directed against the free democratic basic order, and the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the German intelligence service responsible for that protection, keeps the organization under official observation. A 1991 Time Magazine cover article entitled “Scientology the Thriving Cult of Greed and Power” quotes the former head of the FBI’s Los Angeles office saying that Scientology “has one of the most effective intelligence operations in the U.S., rivaling even that of the FBI.”

Despite U.S. federal officials’ extensive knowledge of Scientology’s espionage activities against the government, and their awareness of Scientology’s criminal conspiracy to deprive SP class citizens of their civil rights, in the early 1990′s the U.S. decided to cease opposing the organization, and worse, to protect and promote it. It is inconceivable that this decision was made without the knowledge and agreement, or even the direction, of the U.S. intelligence community. The decision led to the Internal Revenue Service’s grant of tax exemption in 1993 to Scientology’s many corporate components as a religious organization. Subsequently, U.S. State Department and Foreign Service personnel have assisted Scientology’s efforts to operate and expand in countries whose governments viewed the organization as non-religious, dishonest or dangerous. U.S. Congressmen have introduced resolutions to condemn those countries, notably Germany, which do not embrace and support Scientology as the U.S. Federal Government does. It is apparent that since the U.S.’s strategic decision to ally Scientology, U.S. agents have improperly influenced judges and other government officials to aid the organization’s corporate components and personnel to the detriment of its victims, the SPs.

It is well observed that the U.S. Federal Government and its intelligence agencies have formed a number of alliances in recent times with unsavory or criminal organizations or even dictatorships, which Scientology is, if such relationships supposedly served some U.S. national interest greater than the national interest in not being allied to such organizations or regimes. Unsavory or criminal organizations or regimes have victims, because victimizing people is what makes organizations or regimes unsavory or criminal, and the U.S. making allies of such organizations or regimes is always to the obvious detriment of their victims. What the greater national interest was in the early 1990′s, and which apparently still exists, that brought the U.S. to ally the Miscavige regime remains unclear. The SP class is doubly threatened and victimized because the U.S. Government and its intelligence agencies now have an interest in marginalizing and thwarting SPs in order to have the decision to support Scientology against its victims appear right and just, or in some other way in the national interest.

Most of these materials have been made public previously, but have not been put in the order and form in which Scientology organizes them in its printed course packs. Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard’s bulletins, policy letters, other issue types, and lectures that Scientologists study on the course are all here. The course checksheet, which instructs what Scientologists are to do with each issue or lecture, e.g., checkouts, demos, essays, drills, is missing. This course is the cult’s key training manual for indoctrinating Scientologists in the “Suppressive Person” doctrine. SPDL views Scientology’s and Scientologists’ SP doctrine as ignorant, malignant, horrifying and indefensible. SPDL has worked for several years to make people, in all places or strata in society, aware of the doctrine, and to encourage SPs to push back against the cultists who teach and enforce it.

SPs constitute a religious class created by religious scripture and ecclesiastical edict in the Scientology religion. We are a persecuted religious class as surely as Infidels, Apostates or Heretics would be persecuted religious classes if some religion took to persecuting them as Scientology and Scientologists persecute “Suppressives.”

In his scripture, Hubbard labeled the SPs he wanted persecuted “fair game,” meaning that they were legitimately open to attack or pursuit. Through time, his Scientology troops’ actions against SPs, the execution of the SP doctrine, also became known as “fair game.” The term commonly is used too as a verb; as in, e.g., “Scientologists have fair gamed their cult leader’s targets for more than half a century;” or, “Scientologists deny that their church fair games, but of course that’s a lie.”

There is no limit in scripture to what Scientologists can do in executing the SP doctrine against the people their organization targets. Scientologists refuse to limit what they will do, and one of the principal things they do is willfully lie, so even if they did declare that, e.g., they wouldn’t murder any SPs in service of Scientology, they still would not actually limit what they would do to SPs. Scientologists universally consider it a point of honor to never fear to hurt SPs in the Scientology cause.

Many of the Scientologists who study the PTS/SP Course do not participate directly in the organized fair game actions against SP targets. Most Scientologists in fact would be directed to disconnect from targeted SPs and permit no communication with them, but simply hate the SPs, project evil onto them, and “postulate” them harm from a distance.

Some Scientologists, and their agents, however, have the ecclesiastical duty and function of fair gaming SPs, actually causing harm to them in the real world (Scientologists call this place the “wog world” and call us “wogs”) and there is virtually nothing these fair gamers would not do to keep their fair gamery working. Current Scientology supreme ruler David Miscavige commands the professional fair gamers, and personally directs much of the fair game as “ecclesiastical head.”

It has been known for many years that he is a violent and conscienceless man, who has had his underlings physically assault many people, and who has physically assaulted several people himself. He is glib, inveterately dishonest, gleefully cruel, and tyrannical. He operates a criminal conspiracy against SPs’ rights, and doubtlessly it takes a sociopath supported by sociopaths to do what he has done and get away with it.

Although Miscavige and his fair gamers are not limited by their scripture or consciences in the evil they intend or would commit against SPs, they are restrained considerably by wog world law and their fear of prosecution. They are also inhibited by SPs’ exposure of Scientology and Scientologists’ intentions and actions, and by SPs’ concerted stand against their persecutors. These intentions and actions are evidenced and discoverable in Scientology scripture, which includes anything Hubbard ever wrote or said about anything remotely related to Scientology; in promotional materials; and in all kinds of writings and other communication forms from all sorts of other people.

From amongst this mass of information, the PTS/SP Course materials are indispensable for exposing, understanding and elucidating the SP doctrine. Since SPDL calls on Scientology and Scientologists to repudiate the doctrine, it is necessary to know what is to be repudiated. Scientology and Scientologists hide their real evil intentions and actions, and cloak them with “humanitarian” front groups and “good works well publicized,” so exposure of the actual evil has been crucial for SPs’ survival.

Similarly, standing up to Hubbard, Miscavige, their Scientologist fair gamers, and the wogs who, for a fee or for some even more evil purpose, collaborate with Scientology or serve its fair game interests, is essential for the fair game targets’ survival. That doesn’t mean that for the SPs’ survival every SP must go to war against the fair gamers, any more than every American has to go to war for America’s survival. But some Americans, in the US’s Age of War anyway, must go to war for the country’s survival; and some SPs must stand up and fight back in Scientology’s war on us for our survival. Most Americans, and some SPs certainly, can go about their lives, and not become the constant targets that the military at war or the SPs at war are.

Scientology, by scripture and its application, transmogrifies people into SPs when those people expose the religion and the religionists,’ or the cult and the cultists,’ intentions, actions, words or documents, or when people stand up and confront Scientology fair game. Telling the truth about Scientology is all it takes to become an SP, and is the essential religious exercise of the SP class.

The SPs Scientology targets for the most attritional and threatening fair game campaigns are those who know the cult’s evils, expose the evils they know, and stand up and keep standing when the fair gamers attack to silence and destroy them. Scientology imposes on its most attacked and threatened SP targets, naturally, the greatest need to expose the greatest amount of Scientology evil as possible, which we have tried to do.

Years ago, SPDL chose to undertake our critical exposure of Scientology’s materials on the Internet through disciplined application of the fair use doctrine. This has been particularly effective because of the organization’s use of commercial copyright law to harass and ruin SPs who earlier had started the exposure on the Internet. Despite Scientology’s copyright terror tactics, many people, a great number of them anonymous, continued to expose Scientology’s materials, and have made it safer for SPs everywhere to come forward, tell the truth about the cult, and expose even more materials. As the amount of digitized and exposed Scientology materials mushroomed, the context for future exposures also grew across the Internet and through time, which also makes it still safer for the SPs who do and must do their exposing.

The Suppressive Person doctrine pervades and dominates every part of the Scientology enterprise. The doctrine and its execution – SP declares and threats of declares, disconnection, fair game – are largely what render Scientology’s intentions and actions harmful. The doctrine nullifies the public benefit Scientology and the Scientologists applying it could ever be.

David Miscavige and a group of antisocial bullies use the doctrine to control Scientologists, extort money from them, and get them to do terrible things that are actually not even for the Scientologists’ real benefit. The doctrine’s enforcement, during both the Hubbard and Miscavige regimes, brought their followers to hate their fellow beings, who are but mere decent folk, to continually project evil onto them, to lie about them, to disconnect from them, to conspire against them, and to fair game them, or at least to support the SPs’ fair gaming with donations, success stories and knowledge reports. Scientology is not for the benefit of Scientologists, let alone the wog public.

To the unknowledgeable eye, Scientology’s front groups can appear to be organized for the public benefit; e.g., curing drug addicts, rehabilitating convicts, educating the public about human rights; but all these fronts indoctrinate their clients or consumers in the SP doctrine in some form, and all fronts are “feeder groups” into Scientology where the doctrine will be enforced in an extreme, antisocial manner that benefits only the enforcers. Scientology uses these front groups and their ostensible public benefit, moreover, to cloak or obscure the harm being done by Scientologists executing the SP doctrine. Thus all the Scientology fronts, which operate in wog society, cannot but do public harm.

The SP doctrine is now entering the public’s awareness. The doctrine is evil. It’s really what countless people have sensed was wrong with Scientology when they so often sensed something was wrong. Scientology and Scientologists cannot defend the doctrine, at least with reason and humanity. The materials of the PTS/SP Course must be understood to understand the doctrine. They provide a clear view of how the course’s creators, Miscavige, et al., want the course’s students to be indoctrinated in the SP doctrine. These course materials, in our opinion, require full and timely exposure to make possible timely universal scholarly analysis.
