The Rehabilitation Project Force

The Suppressive Person Defense League is assembling documents related to Scientology’s internal prison system and “treatment” program, called the “Rehabilitation Project Force” or RPF.¹

People transferred to the RPF are only transferred with cause. They are individuals who are R/Sers², low OCA ³ nonproducers or repeated stat crashers and overt product makers⁴, and have caused considerable trouble for themselves and the organizations they have been involved with. — LRH Technical Research and Compilations⁵

The following “High Crime” expresses the nature of RPF “enhancement”:

Anyone in or outside the RPF issuing orders which cut across the RPF program by blocking or reducing enhancement may be called before a Committee of Evidence on the charge of: “ATTEMPTING TO UNDERMINE OR ADVISING OR ENCOURAGING OR CONDONING THE ABANDONMENT OR REDUCTION OF USE OF THE FULL TECHNOLOGY OF LOCATING AND HANDLING OVERTS, EVIL PURPOSES, DESTRUCTIVE INTENTIONS AND NONSURVIVAL CONSIDERATIONS.” —LRH (Ref: HCOB 6 June 84R IV, FPRD Series 2R, THE “LOST TECH” OF HANDLING OVERTS AND EVIL PURPOSES) ⁶
