OUR ROLE IN THE WORLD

The DC raid shows on inspection, a deterioration of government honesty and therefore government sanity.

The Department of Health, Education and Welfare did not tell the judge who issued the warrant that it was a church they wanted to raid. They named the HGC, Academy and Distribution Center-all of which are owned by the FCDC and are church departments conducted in quarters leased by the church. Yet the government knew it was a church, for in New York, an FDA spokesman lecturing the Humanists a month before the attack called it a church and nothing else. This makes the warrant false.

The FDA said they seized “pamphlets” and “leaflets” whereas they also seized books. Before the raid they called in the press and planted a story so as to cover their real actions. This story was out on the streets hours before the raid, giving us no chance to give our side of it.

They referred to the Founding Church as “a quasi-religious cult.” As Scientology 8-8008 makes plain, we study and process the human spirit to free it from the effects of the physical universe. We call the spirit a “thetan” after the Greek symbol of thought and spirit-theta. If studying and treating the spirit isn’t religion then billions and billions of savants and worshipers have been wrong for 2,500 years. If there’s anything “quasi” about the religious aspect of studying and treating the human spirit, then FDA religion must be defined as “the worship of the son of Wotan, Adolph Hitler.”

The meter was seized because it was “mislabeled.” Their pretense of a label is “This Instrument Diagnoses and Cures Physical Illness.” It doesn’t. We have never said it does and it can’t. Thus they want us to label something wrongly so that it will then contravene their ideas and so would be illegal. Evidently the meter should have their label on it so they can legally seize it.

Additionally, they seized privately owned meters for which they had no warrants.

This cloudy thinking is a symptom of sick men. A sick government. And a government that is afraid to perform its actions in public view. All this leads us to some speculations and planning vital to our future progress.

The way I see our hand is this:

1. Our forte is the human spirit and its relationship to the physical universe.  Two”great” nations are liable to wreck the playing field with overwhelming nuclear force, their rage against each other born out of their inability to handle their own affairs.

3. Our first job is to salvage as many as we can from the possible debacle.

4. Our hope is that we can halt the progress of destruction by processing and applications of Scientology before Armageddon.

Number 3 is well formed up and in actual progress.

In suddenly engaging our forces the US government has entered us upon number 4.

Oddly, we couldn’t have been better poised to receive the government’s attack. Our only danger is not using the great advantage it gives us, especially in not attaining and holding the offense. We may lapse into defense. That would be fatal.

Singularly in our favor is the dishonest aspect of the government’s “case.”

It makes it an easy one to win, if we are militantly offensive about winning it. We should plot and execute a resounding defeat, not just prove our point.

After taking care of the government charges, we should launch an attack from that springboard upon all US government “thinking” about “the mind” and hammer our way rapidly into a dominant position and use that position to audit out the danger in the two GPM items that most menace Earth.

Russia can be reached. They’re going mad trying to make communism work. We have just had an oblique bid from a Russian diplomat and remember, they made more than a bid in 1938.

US or Russia, these are both run by cynical men. But they’re sick men.

So we have some hopes on number 4.

The weakness and dishonesty of the US attack, the recent bid by Russia, gives us reasons to hope. It shows they are afraid of us, afraid to confront what they are doing. They can’t outflow straight. Therefore they are willing to inflow.

There are three major factors in world peace. The US. Russia. And our technology. Factually there aren’t any other vital factors except our continuing to hold our own in neutral ground, from where we can handle the situation. We are not becoming wild to say we’re a third in this, as nowhere on Earth is there any solution or technology for a solution except in our hands.
