September 12, 1982. Photo of the man who had surveilled my apartment on August 18, 1982, identified to me by the Costa Mesa police as Gregory Alton Osbourne. Here, he is getting out of a Camaro, license #1EYL256, as the result of my approaching with my camera. The Camaro is parked alongside the Cadillac, license #082XQV, in the parking lot of the Sandpiper Motel, adjacent to the trailer park where my wife and I lived. Mr. Osbourne has turned his head away, apparently to avoid having his face photographed.September 12, 1982. This whole day my wife and I were followed whenever we went anywhere. I took some photgraphs of the persons following us that day. The Cadillac was involved, and also a blue car California license #1EYL 256.
When I attempted to take the photograph of one of the men, Gregory Alton Osbourne, he rushed at me as if to tackle me. He screamed at me that he didn’t want his photo taken, and he threatened me with statements likes “I’ll get you.”
My wife and I went to another car dealer that day, Cad following all the time.. Even when we were taken for a test drive in a demo the car followed. It was an embarrassment and could only have been designed to degrade us in front of others.
